This was one of the hottest house music songs for 2006 , and for us house heads we know who Barbara Tucker is. The song has a double context as it can be used in finding a new love in partner and the other is the love of God – Hence Most precious love. “The Message” and “What’s going on ” lyrics are still relevant today. I ask is this just irony or us as a people just not “listening” then and progressing today ? Take a look at the images in the videos aswell , somethings besides the clothes , and cars , look the same today. I remember things were not always great but I remember the days in canarsie having fun and just still having that “family” structure somewhat there, which is gone in today’s society. What happened to us as a people ?

All I can say is – EXCELLENT !! Forest Whitaker actually became Idi Amin in this film.

In an incredible twist of fate, a Scottish doctor (James McAvoy) on a Ugandan medical mission becomes irreversibly entangled with one of the world’s most barbaric figures: Idi Amin (Forest Whitaker). Impressed by Dr. Garrigan’s brazen attitude in a moment of crisis, the newly self-appointed Ugandan President Amin hand picks him as his personal physician and closest confidante.

This is going to be a good movie , but at this time it’s not getting much advertisement.

The story chronicles the lives and loves of an African-American family in the deep South as they are forced to come to terms with a tumultuous past marked by an unrequited interracial affair. The film explores the way in which the family patriarch, Helm Boxer (Billy Dee Williams), must confront his demons amidst the changing racial fabric of society and his own family.
